Follow these steps right away:

1. Report the injury to your supervisor.
2. If you need medical care, obtain your injury packet.
3. Seek treatment only from a BWC-certified physician.
4. Expect a call from Spooner MAI to verify your claim information before it is submitted to the BWC.

While you recover

If you return to work with restrictions, Spooner MAI monitors your progress until you are able to return to full duty. Your healthcare providers bill Spooner MAI directly for covered services.

Let us know if you have problems returning to work

Please tell us if you experience any problems returning to work after an injury. Examples include:

• You are unable to return to work following the injury
• You can only return to work with restrictions
• Your physician extends your job restrictions
• You have problems after returning to work
