Spooner Medical Administrators, Inc. (Spooner MAI) is a URAC-accredited Managed Care Organization (MCO) certified by the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. We medically manage workers’ compensation claims on behalf of Ohio employers — coordinating care between the injured worker, employer, physician, and the BWC.
